Owner Occupied Homes
2 hour In-home Consultation: $200
We create a homeowner “to-do” list, including suggestions regarding de-cluttering, furniture arrangement, paint colors, and cosmetic upgrades. We use our expertise and a fresh eye for your home to appeal to all buyers.
Re-design: Per Bid
Using the homeowners furniture and accessories, Register Redesign ‘re-designs’ by deleting and rearranging throughout the main living areas to achieve openness, correct lighting, and good traffic flow. Register Redesign can even pack belongings and move them to a designated area upon the sellers’ request.

Vacant Homes
Staging & Furniture Rental: Per Bid
Comprehensive bid includes selection, delivery, set up, 60 day rental, and de-staging. A small additional fee is required to continue the monthly rental and is cancelable at any time.
